FAQs:
  • How far will you travel?
    We will travel anywhere within a 100 mile radius of Jacksonville, AL at no charge. Anything outside of that is an additional $.60/mile. If the wedding requires overnight stay, appropriate accomodations must be provided.
  • Can I customize a package?
    Absolutely. We will work with you to create a package specifically for you.
  • How long will it take before we receive the video?
    It usually takes anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks for your video to be completed.
  • How do I guarantee a reservation for my wedding date?
    IDoFlix requires a 10% non-refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date. This will be applied to the total price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding.
